01General Terms & Conditions

Bajiok App (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online sports betting and gaming service, operated through the website https://bajiokapp.net and its associated mobile applications.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Bajiok App and all registered members of the platform. By accessing, browsing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02Account Registration

To register on the bajiok app, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with incorrect or false details may be suspended at any time, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Residential Address

Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

KYC Verification:

The bajiok app may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This may require copies of your national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

03Age Requirement & Eligibility

The following eligibility criteria apply to all registrations and participation on Bajiok App:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your area of residence
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else
• All funds deposited into your account must come from a legitimate source

Bajiok App employees and their immediate family members may be restricted from participating on the platform.

04Deposits & Payments

Bajiok App supports popular mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

General Deposit Rules:

• Funds deposited into an account may only be used from that same account

05Withdrawal Policy

Account verification must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is approved.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours
• Withdrawals will not be permitted until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met

06Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Bajiok App — including Sports, Live Betting, and Casino games.

Bet Placement Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available
• Odds confirmed before any change will remain as accepted
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned
• Bajiok App reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market

Live Betting:

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply. The bajiok app is not liable for any issues caused by internet disconnection during live events.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Bajiok App regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which will be listed on the offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Wagering requirements are typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount
• Each bonus offer can only be used once per person
• A bonus may only be applicable to specific games or events
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled
• Any evidence of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajiok App. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's identity
• Strategically abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting)
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Any fraudulent activity directed at other members
• Any activity related to match fixing or sports fraud

If Bajiok App has reason to believe that an account or transaction is suspicious, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.

09Account Suspension & Closure

You may request to close your Bajiok App account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

Reasons Bajiok App may close an account:

• Terms Violations
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to verify age
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities

After an account is closed, all associated data will be retained for a defined period as required by law.

10Responsible Gaming
